"I have been training at Snap Fitness Napier for the past 4 years and this is where I first came into contact with Greg and his Bioscan. I was struggling with the scales as they kept telling me different things each day. Greg recommended that I get a Bioscan done as this would break down what was happening for me with regard to my body composition. At first, I was a little bit apprehensive about getting one done, but looking back now, I believe that was because of my own fear about what it might actually tell me.

 
In all honesty, my first scan was a bit of shock- weighing it at 85kgs with a total of 30kgs of body fat. Greg was really supportive of the scan and even took the time to sit down with me and break it down so that I was able to fully understand what it all meant. For me, it was the best thing I have ever done to support my health and fitness journey. I can’t count how many scans I have had since this first initial one, but it has been truly amazing to be able to get one every month or two in order to track my progress. I was able to see how much body fat I was losing and how much muscle I had been putting on.


I decided to compete in my first bodybuilding competition last year and the Bioscans were like my best friend for keeping track of my progress leading up to my first show. I was getting them done every 2 weeks. Being able to see the small changes was what kept me motivated, along with the amazing support from Greg himself. My final scan before I competed in the NABBA-WFF Nationals told me that I was down to 11kgs of body fat with a total of 33kgs of muscle. I would have never thought this possible and seeing it front of me on paper was the most incredible feeling. Through the numerous scans that I have had, I do believe that it has been a major contributing factor to keeping myself on track. The constant support from Greg with the scans and breaking them down meant I had no reason not to succeed. 


I am now heading into my second season of competing and I am still regularly getting scans done, as I feel that they support my growth and development. I would highly recommend them to anyone- whether you are just starting out in your health and fitness journey or if you are in my position and been at it for years."
